Are you someone who struggles to feel your best in the winter? You aren’t alone. So many of us feel the impact of less sunlight, more time indoors, and cold temperatures. This can leave many of us struggling to appreciate the winter season and get through it without feeling the negative impact on our moods and overall well being.

But what if we could meet the winter season in a way that allows us to feel less melancholy, more connected with ourselves and with tools that work to support our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellness?

In this group experience, you will learn tools to help you cultivate a personal roadmap for navigating the coldest months with deep intention, that strengthens your resilience and supports you feeling your best.

Held on the Winter Solstice, this workshop is a ceremony, created to honor the innate wisdom of nature and living in harmony with the seasons. This experience will show you how to tune in to your inner healing intelligence and meet the winter months with more ease and contentment.

We will explore ways to honor and cultivate our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness, while honoring the invitation of the season to slow down, rest more, and recharge. 

  • Engage in meaningful exploration around our shared human experience of the winter season
  • Use self reflection exercises to identify personal needs and desires around enhancing winter wellness
  • Experience guided  journey- work (similar to guided meditation) to help you connect with your inner healer intelligence
  • Learn practical tools to enhance your personal well being that fit your preferences, lifestyle and needs
  • Identify and create personal commitments for supporting wellness this winter
  • Honor the winter solstice as a powerful time for introspection with community 

Winter can be a beautiful season of restoration and inner connection. This workshop will help you move through it feeling nurtured and have an experience of the winter season that is empowering rather than depleting. 

 

Led by Rachael O’Donnell LCSW, LADC, a licensed  therapist specializing in psychedelic work with 20 years experience supporting humans on their healing journeys. Rachael integrates her tools as an herbalist and shamanic practitioner into her group work, recognizing the incredible gifts that nature and connection to spirit can bring for emotional resilience. WHERE: Good Medicine Collective 231 York Street Portland, Maine. A beautiful space with plenty of free on street parking.
